man...am THIS close to throwing the phone at the callers..irritating..to those who like calling customer service, please remember that they are human too...do not, i repeat DO NOT do the following:
1) Yell at the customer service. first of all, we are not deaf. juz because you are bloody pissed off for not getting what you want you dont have to yell at us. we are not at fault for not matriculating you into the course that you want. similarly its not our fault that your results are too lousy to even be admitted into the lousiest course. next time you might wanna consider studying harder.
2)Call when you're at a very noisy place. just because we are not deaf do not mean we wish to be. be considerate. do you know how hard it is to process your qsns through the din in the background? it is NOT our fault if we ask you to repeat your qsns or that we hear your qsns wrongly and it is also NOT our fault if we give you the wrong information cause we cant hear you properly. so pls, use whats left your meagre brain cells and choose your phonecall location properly.dont want us to give you wrong passwords or key in wrong i/c now do we?
3)Asking your parents to call for you. the only reason they should call is for emergency and for enquiring financial aid. why on earth do you want them to call and ask for your passwords, whether you can change course or campus? are you that pathetic you cant even enquire this yourself?? like you are how old already?? esp this particular 24yrs old guy..think its time for you to step away from under mama's skirt and be a man. oh yeah juz cos you made a mistake for smthg, do not ask your parents (moms esp) to call up pretending to be all angry and gung-ho. we are not impressed. nor intimidated. do not use your parents as a weapon against us. remember, we have access to your password and i/c no. anytime we wanna screw up your course, we can.
4)Be absolutely rude. will it kill you to be polite? to say thank you? how will you like it if we tell you to go screw yourself? we are not paid to be your punching bag. oh yeah do not patronise us too.juz because we dont understand your qsn do not mean we are dumb. for your information some of us here have higher qualifications that you can only dream about. never ever patronise me. yes i speak english, yes i understand english. its not my fault that you're too moronic to understand what i told you. so to that guy at Salvation Army, go screw yourself thank you very much.
5)Ask multiple qsns and refuse to wait for us to finish talking before asking more qsns. this btw, is downright rude. its not funny. esp since you'll misquote us in more qsns. what you're doing is generating headache and if that's your aim then congratulation it works. and dun repeat your qsns again after we ans them again and again. like i said its not funny. if we get confuse there'll be problems. and if the matter you're enquiring is serious, is it our fault that we give you the wrong info?
6)Asking stupid qsns. like i said before its not funny. how on earth are we to know if the canteen is open? cant you check it out yourself? what to wear to sch? well you can appear in your birthday suit if you want. what color is your uniform? how in blue moon am i suppose to know???
7)Being impatient. when we said we need time to check it means WE NEED TIME TO CHECK. and if we say letters have been sent, JUST WAIT FOR YOUR STUPID LETTER TO COME. harrassing us daily wont make your letter appear magically and immediately and we do not control the post office either. nursing students take note. its not funny, its not nice. and there's definitely no need to be rude. its not our fault that the poor postman got lost trying to find your add in some ulu part of s'pore.
8)Giving stupid excuses. not going for your interview cos you didnt get the letter cos you couldnt open your letter-box cos you lost your keys is not a good excuse. in fact thats the lamest excuse you can give. couldnt you call up to check? you juz derive great pleasure in giving us more work and having to reschedule your interview dont you? we dont care if you're endorsed by some stupid mp. we dont even care if you're endorsed by the president himself. if you're not deserving of the course, there're many others who are. juz cos you're some sch team player. your ability in sports do not make you somebody to be reckon with. deal with it.

fairly amazing what kinda silly ppl exist in this world..oh well..feeling less angry now..end first..one week break next week!! yes!! ciaoz.....
