it was a great saturday! went shopping with weewee (cassie abandoned us to look at computers sobz. i mean, what logic is that? look at computers instead of clothes?? and shoes??) anyhow, i finally spent my xmas present from leslie, and got more chocolates! and dark chocolate covered crepes which are absolutely gorgeous not to mention delicious! walked around ck tangs, picked up stuffs for my parents, met iskandar and got the whole first season of gilmore girls dvd from him! *cheers* so..JAREN! when art thou available to do a noble deed for three bee-you-tee-full damsels in distress? grinz
oh yeah, we found the place where they sell the fried mars bars in far east! unfortunately its too crowded so we settled for cakes at mccafe; orange praline with chocolate, dark chocolate with banana, and oreo cheesecake which, according to isk, has an identity crisis as it taste like a banana cake hehz.
gush time! a new gramaphone just opened at scotts and its.just.BRILLIANT! i got the robbie williams greatest hit album for....10 bucks! actually its 9.95. and a joni mitchell cd! the one in love actually! *cheers madly and hop up and down* now i've got somewhere else to hang out during lunch!
to sum up my really nice day, i met shafi, walked through esplanade and had dinner at the steps of oub builing (or is it uob? hmm..) t'was real nice staring at the lights dancing on the river surface, and would have been a great chill had it not been for.....

yep, no kidding. the guy was on the girls lap and they were hugging and kissing and tickling each other and goodness know what else. btw, we werent in any secluded area, we were at the seats along boat quay and there were the usual saturday crowds there.
the things people do for thrill eh? even when they're urm..of mature age. grinz. looks like viagra weally weally works!
anyhow, am glad my new year resolution is to not be taken in anymore by Shafi's Incredible Tales because i'd fail miserably.
oh yeah, naweera's got a new poke joke so watch out for it people!
